Returns
To the extent permitted by law, we aim to ensure a seamless experience for you at WhiskeyD. However, there may be instances that require returns or refunds.
This policy outlines how we handle such scenarios.
Requesting a Return
- Submit a Request: You have 5 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request. After this period of 30 days from date of purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we'll send you an email to inform you about the status of your request.
Note: All returns and refunds are subject to our sole and absolute discretion.
Eligibility for Returns
Your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and unopened
- In the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
Shipping and Restocking Fees
All orders are shipped via UPS, and 99% of orders are fulfilled within 48hrs. If returns are requested via our UPS shipping partners please note that the following may apply (unless otherwise agreed)
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
All return costs on logistics errors made by our logistics partners are borne by our logistics partners and not WhiskeyD's customers or WhiskeyD directly. Please contact support@whiskeyd.com so that we may help facilitate the return process.
Refund Process
Upon approval, your refund, store credit, or replacement will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Read more about our refunds policies here.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days:
- Re-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank.
- If the issue persists, contact us at support@whiskeyd.com.
Exchanges for Defective Items
For defective or damaged items, please email us at support@whiskeyd.com and return the item to one of the following locations:
