Returns

To the extent permitted by law, we aim to ensure a seamless experience for you at WhiskeyD. However, there may be instances that require returns or refunds.

This policy outlines how we handle such scenarios.


Requesting a Return

  1. Under certain circumstances customers are entitled to initiate a return request within 5 days from the receipt of their order. To ensure a smooth process, please submit your return application promptly within this timeframe. It's important to note that requests submitted beyond 30 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  2. Due to the specific nature of alcoholic products and the varying state legislation, we regret to inform that returns may not always be feasible or legal. Our policy accommodates exceptions solely in instances of delivery discrepancies. In such cases, our logistics partners are committed to rectify the errors efficiently.
  3. For any concerns or queries related to your order, including tracking and return applications, kindly reach out to us via email at support@whiskeyd.com. Please ensure to include your order tracking number in your communication for expedited assistance.
  4. We urge our customers to closely inspect their orders upon delivery. If you receive items that are misdelivered, broken, or damaged in any way, please do not accept them. Instead, inform the delivery personnel immediately and contact us at support@whiskeyd.com with details of the issue, including your order tracking number for quick reference. Our team will prioritize addressing and rectifying the situation as swiftly as possible.
  5. Upon the arrival of returned items at our facility (for cases where returns are initiated due to reasons other than delivery errors), we will inspect the condition of the merchandise. You will be notified via email regarding the outcome of your return request based on our inspection findings. This will include information on whether your return has been approved or rejected.

Note: All returns and refunds are subject to our sole and absolute discretion.


Eligibility for Returns

Your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging

Shipping and Restocking Fees

All orders are shipped via UPS, and 99% of orders are fulfilled within 48hrs. If returns are requested via our UPS shipping partners please note that the following may apply (unless otherwise agreed)

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

All return costs on logistics errors made by our logistics partners are borne by our logistics partners and not WhiskeyD's customers or WhiskeyD directly. Please contact support@whiskeyd.com so that we may help facilitate the return process.


Refund Process

Upon approval, your refund, store credit, or replacement will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Read more about our refunds policies here.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days:

  1. Re-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank.
  3. If the issue persists, contact us at support@whiskeyd.com.
